1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

ev777 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you elect to use the cryptocurrency option.

Deposits:

• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited on the same business day in most cases, subject to bank processing times.

6. Gameplay Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited by third-party testing agencies to ensure genuine randomness and fairness.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ev777. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification;

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ev777 platform — including but not limited to the ev777 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, written content, graphics, game assets, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ev777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ev777 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Use the ev777 brand, logo, or name in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent;

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ev777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gameplay outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG technology;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security;

ev777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ev777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ev777's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time.

Termination by You: You may close your ev777 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms. Any active bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by ev777: ev777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• ev777 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued provision of Services to you creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You are found to be under the age of 21;

Upon termination for cause, ev777 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposits.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ev777 holds its operating licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
